If it's really important to you keep calling and ask for a manager. We're supposed to have it too... it's been almost 2 years now... and numerous calls.... but we don't use it that often so I've given up, they're usually good with fixing tech issues.... but this seems to stump them. I know we won't get the same service cheaper anywhere else even without the on-demand... but we're also looking at just using the internet and getting a boxee instead of cable. They can't charge you for a service you don't receive. Document each time you contact them. Maybe it'll help. |
