anyone have an idea of what a 1680sqft end unit townhouse should go for in our area? going to put ours up for sale in december...its a linwell end.

also, anyone know a good shutters guy? i think we may want to do that as soon as we move in...feb 2013

Hi Youngsoo! The Linwell ends did get up over 400k during the peaks a few months ago, but it all comes down to upgrades, location, and competition at the time. Send me an email or PM on here with a little more detail, (major upgrades, address / location), and I can pretty much nail down what it could sell for right now, assuming we put the homes best foot forward at time of listing :)

Like Kash said, no pressure obviously - I'll help however I can, whether you need me to help you sell or not!
