Thanks Devious. Looking forward to the new house!

Does anyone know how long into the building, we will know the name of our street?

It is going very fast. The day after we bought, we got to choose our brick colour already!

So now what's next? Our first design appointment should be within a month so i've heard.

Yaseen,

Was the open stairs to below (to the basement with a finished lower landing) offered as one of the architectural choice options when you bought? They are offering that option for the Wildrose and my model (Hazelnut) in Markham, however, it was not offered here in Milton when I bought in October.

Hey Catherine!

I noticed that too about the Wildrose in Markham. However, the option is still not available for us in Milton. I brought it up at the sales center, but no one knows why.

That is too bad....I would have liked to get that option. I was also shocked at the pricetag for the home in Markham.....did not know Markham was that much more expensive!

Yeah, especially since there are other houses in Milton that has that option. On a better note, I guess I can spend that money elsewhere!

The prices in Markham made me feel more comfortable buying In Milton, that's for sure.

and there are still a lot more options your DC will tell you about once you have your appointment as not all of them are in the book.....e.g the frameless glass shower enclosure, faux doors for the kitchen island

just email your DC as they will respond with the price list

have fun!

Went by the site yesterday. I know there is a long way to go, but checked it out anyways. They flattened the land so you can actually walk to where your house might be. Great view and hope they cam add some more greenery on the backspace woodlot behind our home.

Just spent a couple of hours at the DC and it seems that everyone from the neighbourhood are starting to show up.
Everyone I'm speaking to tells me that they have their first appointment in June. It seems there moving very fast on this phase. Its good to get it out of the way while its nice outside.
