Hi all,

Just moved in a couple of weeks ago (new home) and I'm wondering how to get my blue/green bins. Last time I moved to a new home they "magically appeared" on my doorstep with the waste collection calendar. Any thoughts? I'm around Cavanagh/Dalhousie. THANKS!

I believe you still have to go to the dump (Bronte/ Britania) to pick them up.

Welcome to Milton. You should be also be getting a blue box and green bin along with a pickup calender dropped off to your house in the next few days when the garbage and recycling trucks can use your street. Pickups usually start when the street is 75% occupied. Will pass onto regional staff to confirm that your street is now occupied.

Thanks for the info, but the street is now 100% occupied and still no sign of blue/green boxes. I'll be in touch with the region. CHEERS!
