They told us that they'd be starting on December 6th but we've had no update so far. |

What is your completion date? Mine is July 15 and I am trying to find out if they are behind? Thanks |

Mine is April, they said that they would start building at the beginning of December but no updates yet! |

The contract states the date when they should start building. It's around the area where they mention your tentative dates. I haven't received any updates either. Based on the old posts, they should be updating us. I live right by the construction zone though. They've started putting up a number of houses, which look to be for phase 4 and some for phase 5. It's unbelievable how fast they're able to put up the frames. Some houses have roofs now. |
