You'll have to brave all the mud and construction :|. I feel for you, but I also envy you for moving already :).

meh... the mud doesn't bite. I figure I'll get one of those 'season passes' for the car wash... $100 for all the washes you want in a month.

The whole fam is pretty pumped to get in there...

Whoohoo.. framewalk on Monday... just wanted to share my excitement. I've been in the house almost every other day for the last 2 weeks so it may be a bit anti-climactic; mind you this time I will have a personal tour from the famous Dave Right(... nice guy)

It's been great meeting people around Fennamore these last few weeks, nice to see that I'm not the only one frequenting the site.

...we're getting close everyone to our pile o'dirt become our homes..

Jeff

That's great, let us know how did the frame walk go? and if they missed anything. (their trademark..LOL)

Well Jeff we'll be seeing you soon then!!

We just had our PDI yesterday and are moving in May 14th to the corner of Stagg and Fenamore. Will anyone else be joining us and all the mud in May?

MAY 14!!!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!! I was there last week for like an hour and my van came out completely covered in mud. On the bright side you'll be in your home!

Do post lots of pictures once you move :).

That's great that you guys are in so soon... your house literally flew up. I was shocked to see the patio stones there not to mention the lovely orange fence.

You guys will get to see the flurry of moving trucks from your home over the next few months!

I just spent the whole day packing and my back is aching! It's all worth it - we move in less than 2 weeks -- PDI is set for May 26th!! Can't wait to move in -- mud and all. I just don't know where I'm going to go running though... perhaps back to HV Phase1. I noticed two "welcome home signs"...anyone else closing in the next two weeks?

Oh please do post pictures and status reports :-).

September 15th seems like an eternity away. Going from renting to homeownership again will certainly be a pleasant change.

That's cool Rolando... you're a runner too eh? My last 1/2 marathon was a couple years ago and I mainly do 5-10k runs now. Let me know what running routes you discover; I was thinking I would just bike to the hospital and run that Derry asphalt path.

Yours is a fire break zhamid, but you probably realised that by now. Once the surrounding houses are bricked they'll start on yours.

I think 113 is the fire break not 114. There is couple frame up on 114 as you can see in pictures.

Dumb question, what's a fire break?
