Hi, Just received a call from Mattamy today that my Emery D will now be closed on 14th May 2008. Original closing date was 17th Jan 2008. It is max 120 days delays. I'll get the letter in mail next week. Has any one else on Prosser cir. got the delay notice? Regards, |

Hi Cash, I'm really sorry about your delay notice. My fingers are crossed just hoping that I won't have to wait any longer than we already have. Did Mattamy say what the problem was? |

I too am sorry about your delay-your new closing date is my birthday, so I'm willing to take that as a good sign. 
I don't know if I should be hoping for a delay or not-we obviously don't want to be, but it would ease some finances for us if it was. Just get us in there before the wedding in August! What lot # are you? |

Mattamy has not yet received the permit from city for my lot. I heared there were some drainage problem in the area and all the builders in that area are facing delays. It is good for me. I wanted May / June closing. January was not good for me. |
