I was wondering if anyone here is interested in indoor paddle pool training for Dragon boat
I was interested in setting up a co ed Milton Dragon boat team this year training out of the Burloak Canoe Club in Oakville...which I will post a little later on the season...
But for now...
I am training out of Port Credit Canoe Club this winter in the paddle pool and was wondering if anyone is interested in joining a group of us for a unique conditioning experience. You will get a little wet, but it is fun and great exercise.
If you are interested let me know...we train Monday evenings from 6-7 pm we have 9 sessions left and the price was originally $125 for 10 sessions so if you are interested we can discuss a lesser price.
