What are the Benefits of Practicing CFQ Healing Qigong?

Qigong consists of very simple movements that people can do in their own home. It requires no special equipment, no age or ability limitations, no special skills and very little space... only a little time and willingness to learn. And, in return, it offers numerous health benefits.

Qigong is great for busy people who are stressed and/or don't think they have the time or energy to exercise.

Most people know that meditation is good for them, but who has time to stop to do it? And, how many people can really clear their minds for more than a moment anyway? That's the beauty of Qigong! By focusing your attention on simple, gentle movements (and your breath) you are able to clear your mind with no effort! If offers all the benefits of meditation and visualization, and is very easy to do. It can lower your blood pressure, and put your brain into an alpha state similar to the relaxation you feel from a good night's sleep. This beneficial state offers you peace-of-mind, clarity and a general sense of well-being. You won't even realize that you are meditating but your body will know and you will feel relaxed and refreshed!
Qigong will increase body awareness (in a good way), balance and coordination. With time and practice you will begin to feel centered. You'll begin to listen to what your body is trying to tell you. You will handle stressful situations with more ease, and feel more in control of your life.

Location: 82 Tremaine Rd. (Tremaine North of Steeles)
Time: 7pm to 8:30pm
Every Tuesday Night
Suggested Donation of $10.00

Hi There,
Thank you for your reply and sharing my post with your neighbor. If you or your neighbor are interested in learning more on CFQ Healing Qigong please join my practice classes on Tuesday Night. If you can't make it on Tuesday I am also doing a private session for couple ladies next Wednesday May 1st. I will be away off to facilitate a Arizona retreat and there will be no classes from May 7th to 29th.

May you be blessed with a great weekend,
Barb,
