If anyone's interested, I'm getting an NFL pool going. No money involved, just for bragging rights.

It's head-to-head format, draft your team through a live (online) auction draft and see how your squad does.

Doesn't have to have money for it to be fun.
Some people do it just for the bragging like the OP said.

The key reason for it not being a money pool is that I was opening it up to anyone, so namely people I don't know. So collecting at the end of the season would be a nightmare, and because I'm a stranger to them, I wouldn't blame them for not paying up front. Making it a money pool with people you don't know personally is just not worth the hassle. Otherwise, I'd have loved to have made it a cash pool.

I'm also launching a hockey pool too.
