Why dont you do some research on the subject. You need to qualify your question a little more in relation to what you are looking for. A runner's diet is different than someone who is a hockey player, and their diet is significantly different than someone who is trying to bulk up.

just eat chicken breast and broccoli all day, with a GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day).... Eat 4 meals a day, in proper portion. Have 3 tea-spoons of cottage cheese as your "snack".
