Tonight the Milton Icehawks play host to the St. Michaels Buzzers in their 2012-2013 home opener.
The Icehawks come into this season after a big turn around last year which included a return to the playoffs. This years roster includes many returnees and plenty of new faces sure to have a major impact.
FOR PARENTS:
Children attending tonight's game with a paying adult and wearing their Milton minor hockey jersey, Halton Hurricanes jersey or North Halton Twisters jersey will gain free admission.
Also each child who comes through the doors prior to puck drop tonight will be entered into a draw to be selected to go on ice and drop the puck for our ceremonial pre-game faceoff. So bring bring your children early to not miss out on being entered into this draw.
Warm up begins at 7:00pm and puck drop follows at 7:30pm at the Milton Memorial Arena on Thompson Road.
The Icehawks play each Friday night at 7:30pm and select Sunday's at 3:30pm.
