Is there an expectation of commitment? Can I show up random weeks?

No expectation of commitment. Once you register, show up when you can or just drop in. That is exactly why I have created this!
And don't worry about your skill level... this is targeted to beginner/intermediate (absolutely not for intense league players). This is for fun, and hey, your skills will improve over the course of the season. Pretty cool eh?

My recommendation is to sign up to the online meet-up group (it's FREE - no commitment of cost or time). That way you can keep up-to-date when we are meeting and where. You don't pay till you first show up.

Nothing finalized yet, still building up the group. The more people in the group (http://www.meetup.com/milton-30plus-soccer) the more games we can have = a variety. We are hoping for a weekday evening game (probably Wednesday evening) as well as a weekend morning/afternoon game.

At least join the free online group (friend & husband included), part of the process asks when you can play. That's how dates & times are going to be determined.
