They are $495.00 for a Home Sale and $695.00 for a Purchase, including a mortgage, plus HST and normal disbursements. These fees are guaranteed until August 31st, 2012. Free Bump for Brent he was my lawyer for my home sale and to review some other legal papers. Dealing with Brent was pleasant and hassle free. Def in my cards as the only lawyer I would use in the future ! |
