Selling our Cottage lot, Address is 44 Pine Needles Drive, Penetanguishene, ON. If you google it look for the slightly cleared lot with a no admittance sign on it. Only a few minutes walk to the beach! 100x150ft.

It's just a lot with trees that I started to clear a few years ago. Size is 150x100, culvert was put in so you can drive in now. Beach is only a 2 minute WALK! Electrical wouldn't be too hard since the cottage beside it already has it. There is a vacant lot on the other side and behind this one right now.

The plan was to build a cottage myself and retire up there which was before the twins were born. With 4 kids now I don't see me having the time to do it soon! Driving up on Friday and I'll snap a few pics with the snow!

Looking for $55K
