So here's an actual 'out of town' (416) MLS listing for an actual Milton home for sale I saw tonight while reviewing the latest local inventory to come on market over the past few hours... ...seriously....don't blink....the descriptive remarks for the property are in the quotation marks: "** EXTRAS: Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher,Washer/Dryer, All Elf,S" Did you miss it?? That was ALL that was in the listing!!! (OK....there was an address and some pictures of course...but as far as "Remarks"?? That was it!) (which is all that would go on to mls.ca btw) Anything about the neighbourhood? No...because this '416' Realtor obviously doesn't know anything about Milton neighbourhoods!! Local amenities?? Of course not...the '416' Realtor clearly knows nothing about the town...so how could he/she know anything about the amenities!! Buyer":"So what is near this home??" Realtor: "uhhhhh.....Milton????"' Please people...hire a local Milton Realtor...and there are a number of good one's on this board btw.... |

FYI, I've seen many Milton realtors that post here on this forum with listings for properties outside of Milton over the years, especially in Mississauga, Brampton, etc. Perhaps the seller wants to use a relative or a friend or they are buying a home from that realtor. |
