Hi guys! I have clients that are looking for detached, dbl garage, between 2100-2600sqft, but they have a specific request for a 9' high basement. I know the models in the subject line have these, I also know that the Fieldgate Chester, a couple of Heathwoods, and a couple of Beaverhall models have this 'split level' benefit as well. Anyone thinking of making a move? You might save some hassle and commission if we have a match here. You'd be selling 'privately', I would be representing the buyers, and we would get your lawyer to review all paperwork before making anything official to make sure you're 100% protected. Just a little bump for this... I still need a 4 bedroom detached, but my clients can actually live with a basement just over 8' -- They don't necessarily want to wait for the few models that have 9'+, and 8' does just meet their needs. We need something that is in or near show condition, upgraded nicely as well. They have a very specific hobby that requires this basement height.. let me know. Thanks guys! |

that's going to be a tough one. I only recall about 4 or 5 of them ever listed in the past 10 years in "new" Milton. If I come across one you'll be the first to know! Cliff |

There were a bunch last year alone. Also the fielgate chester will do as well since the split levels give the high basement at the back Just to clarify, by new Milton I mean anything in the past 6-7 yrs, since mattamy started selling these models. Thanks for the reply! |
