Plan 5 corners with nice upgrades or nice location have been getting $490-max 495 Below average ones have been getting in the low $480s. HOWEVER... There are two for sale right now that will temporarily drag down the price of plan 5s. There is an upgraded one on Ruhl, with finished basement and extra bathroom, that started out by listing way too high, since dropped to $513 and has now dropped to $499k. Another one nicely upgraded is sitting right at $500k even. The finished basement one, when it sells in the $490s, will create a new temporarily lower benchmark for Plan 5s without the finished basement (which are most). I stress the word temporary...
