I would like to know the resale price for a 2013 Moonseed End Model -
-Corner Unit (south Elevation)
-Closing in july
- Escarpment - Scott/ derry
- Steel Applicances .
- Blinds .
If any one could kindly provide me some idea on resale price , that would be appreciated

The price range will be between 335-360 depending on which layout you choose and all the upgrades you have. We recently (few weeks back) sold one for 360k which was the highest price ever. If you want me to send you some comparables/recent sales, just pm me your email.

its a 3 bedroom elevation b . 1278 sq feet.
330 seems quite low. but anyways would appreciate your feed back .

Sent you an email. Doubt that 330 would ever come into the picture. The least I could see it getting with recent comparables is 340k (3bed model). Of course it would depend on other upgrades, how the property is marketed and how you choose to set it up for sale.
