Hey Cliff, Is this available? I won't bother calling the office on a sunday morning.. It is not on the Oakville Milton board, and the Toronto board says it is still available (#1mom says it is sold hehe). I guessing accepted offer, awaiting deposit chq on Monday? Also can you verify, this is a linked home (by basement, I assume?) not fully detached? I have the perfect buyer for it if it is actually still available. I will call you later today. Thanks, Fred |

Hey Fred, it was available till last night but now it's sold again. First buyers backed out due to some inspection issues that my sellers were perfectly willing to remedy but as we know, the buyer has the sole and absolute discretion to back out of the deal even if a patio stone is out of place! Went back on the market and sold again in a couple of days. Hope this helps, Cliff |
