Good to hear! Was $574,900.00 the final price? We have a Kingsbridge which is basically the same model.

No problem. The subject line says "Sold and Closed". The home sold in 3 days and closed months later. It would be great if homes sold and the buyers moved in the same day, however, I have yet to see a sale close that quickly.

Realtors post homes for sale all the time. When they sell in record time, they post their accomplishments asap. Leon, why would you post a house sold in 3 days, 3 months later? You lost bragging rights and possibly a client or two. I understand you closed 3 months later but that's standard practise. Just saying. :?
