Good to hear! Was $574,900.00 the final price? We have a Kingsbridge which is basically the same model.
Hoping the market stays the same until we are ready to sell!

No problem. The subject line says "Sold and Closed". The home sold in 3 days and closed months later. It would be great if homes sold and the buyers moved in the same day, however, I have yet to see a sale close that quickly.

Realtors post homes for sale all the time. When they sell in record time, they post their accomplishments asap. Leon, why would you post a house sold in 3 days, 3 months later? You lost bragging rights and possibly a client or two. I understand you closed 3 months later but that's standard practise. Just saying.
