George and Gus Reppas are a dream to work with. I had full confidence that they would deliver and they DID … above and beyond my wildest dreams! Prior to listing, They installed pot-lights at their own expense, and brought a professional Stager through, who came up with some excellent 'free' suggestions of things we could do to make our home even more appealing to potential buyers. They brought in a painter who's work quality and rates were incredible. They were constantly in touch and always available to assist, with anything. Their strategy was perfect. And the hard work paid off… With multiple agents and 10 offers they were extremely fair and professional with everyone. They worked their magic with such class and professionalism; and sold my home for $126k OVER asking.. They kept me fully involved from start to finish. Communication was constant and always reassuring. All in all they are one class family act. .. If you are thinking of listing your home you MUST call these guys.
