Hi Zee-Shan,
We inquired. In a nutshell they looked at it, surprised, and said it shouldn't say sliders. They were also surprised that no one had caught it or mentioned it before. Debby went and checked with Michael from the construction office who came out and confirmed to us that the operational rear/side windows would definitely be casements and that they would amend the agreement. We were quite pleased with both the answer (obviously) and also with how they handled it.
Btw, the 50' schedule A's that they are currently giving out for 5A do specify casements; for some reason the mistake re. phase 5A was just on the 43' schedules.
