our family room joins with our kitchen and because of that, we have smooth celiings in our family room as well! lucky bonus i guess, not sure if its always like that. |

Mine does too and it's going to be smooth in both Great Room and Kitchen. You should call the sales office to confirm. |

Ours is attached and both kitchen and great room are smooth. We are Phase 1 Semi. |
