my mom recently painted ALL of her cabinets. I will admit it is a long, labour intensive job, but it does look fantastic. If you are interested, I will ask her what products she used to do hers....I can't remember if she had to sand them a bit to give them a bit of texture to take the paint or if she ended up finding a primer that would achieve this.....
