I'm not sure, was that info also on the Architectural drawings that's filed with the Town of Milton for your home? You can get a copy of that but you have to pay around $90 I think. Look at this thread for more info...

This might be different than the electrical plans maybe that Mattamy might give you.

We didn't pay close attention to the locations of light switches in our new home before closing. I wish we had though, because there is one light switch which is in a bad location. But later on we'll have an electrician just move it for us.. it's on our list of eventual-things-to-do.

For Bell & Cable though, during your structural appointment (or is it design?) they ask you where you want it and they mark it on the floor plan and give you a copy. At least that's how it went for us. So the eventual floor plans they gave back to us had (in pen) marks for where we wanted the phone/cable outlets to go.

I re-read some of the old postings about architectural drawings that the Town of Milton has. I was mistaken, I don't think they'll have accurate electrical info on them so please don't go there if that's what you need/are looking for. As Tim mentioned in his post, ask Mattamy for that info in regards to location of light switches, lights, etc.

I'll have to check the blue prints I have at home, but a picture I took of a blue print has all the electrical locations on them.

Keep in mind that it is usually up to the electricians where they put their outlets & etc, and keep the plan as a guide.
