You can get any of your 3 floors raised to 9 feet (at least in phase 13 you could) but you need to let them know during your structural appointment. Matt |

As Matt says, it was an option for those of us in Phase 13. We did the 9 foot basement. You should know that the cost is substantial - over $11K. There are rumblings that Mattamy may no longer be offering this upgrade. |
