Here is a picture of our Elmvale model's great room. The space still needs accessories, artwork, drapery, a coffee table and other accents but this will give you an idea of their work.

Thank you. Flooring is the standard "Estate Brown" - we ran it right into the kitchen and did the entire upper level as well.

if you dont mind me asking, as i also got the elmvale and close april 2015 in phase 17.

how much did it cost you to do the walls (crown moulding)?
and it also looks like your island has a sink in it? was this one of the upgraded layouts or was that a special upgrade?

We selected the alternate kitchen layout which gave us the larger island with the sink (architectural upgrade) - we then upgraded to quartz counters which includes a Blanco undermount sink and nicer faucet.
