Well, as I have no scale I dunno what the number is but my pants are feeling looser and BF said "your ass is shrinking" :-)

Lol. Call me this week. I have physio Tuesday/Thursday midday but am open to visits any day of the week :-)

Checked in this morning at 234.3lbs down approx 2lbs in 2 weeks...........

Down a total of 30.7lbs since I started on Jul 30th
Waist down another 1.5 inches for a total of 8.5 inches lost there.

Gotta keep it going...............
