Hi Everyone, Here are some new rates that are available: 1 yr fixed - 2.15% 5 yr fixed - 3.69% 1 yr var. - Prime minus 0.20 (2.05%) 3 yr var. - Prime minus 0.50 (1.75%) 5 yr var. - Prime minus 0.40 (1.85%) For more information on these rates, or any other mortgage products that I have available, please do not hestitate to contact me at your convenience. I do not mean to take a poke at you Bob, but that just shows one of the many reasons to use a mortgage agent versus settling for what you see posted at the banks. Many times the banks have discounted rates that they offer to their clients which are usually fairly competitive. However, by taking the time to contact a broker (or agent), we can usually get a better rate from the same lender. There is still a stigma on mortgage agents, that we only benefit those with trouble getting mortgages on their own from regular lenders. Although there are some agents that work only with 'B' borrowers, my business is only about 5% 'B' clients. By contacting one mortgage agent, you will get the benefit of access to many lenders rates and products. From all that information, we can help you to find the right mortgage product to meet your current and future financial goals. The best part is that all this is done at no cost to you, the client.
