For a private home sale, Brent Raby will also help you prepare an offer/Agreement of Purchase and Sale to buy a home. His fee to prepare an offer with appropriate conditions to protect you is $100 plus HST. If the transaction goes through he will give you credit on his fee for $100 reducing his fee from $695 to $595.
