when is this special rate over? im with rbc and there rate is done late february, but closing has to be before end of april, such that if im delayed like i expect to be until end of May, i lose this rate. Do you have restrictions like this? |

Fran - sounds like the RBC offer is similar to ours. If you are delayed a short period of time we can always request an extension......no guarantees but we can try. Give me a call if you would like to discuss further.
