The BMO announcement of their 2.99% mortgage rate special last month really sparked a mortgage rate war, which is great news for anyone looking for a mortgage. While the BMO promotion has now ended, you can still qualify for the same rate, as well as other equally great rates on shorter terms, yet with better conditions. 3 year fixed now at 2.79% 4 year fixed now at 2.89% 5 year fixed now at 2.99% MUST close within 60 days. 15% prepayment privileges.
