RBC has moved on the 4 and yr rates.
TD hasn't yet.....at least not that I have been informed.
Won't be surprised if we follow today but there is still time....give me a call if you are looking at renewal/refinance options with TD. 647-292-7597.

didn't really consider renewing my mortgage until I talked to a rep at TD on Friday with my RSP's.... we are currently in a 3 year 3.45% closed/fixed term with TD that is over in Nov 2012. He told me that there was a 2.99% 4 year fixed/closed promo going on that was extended this month and will most likely be over by the end of the month. He mentioned I could switch to any one of the fixed terms without penalty. Was offered the following for closed fixed rates with 15% prepayment over 30 years ammortization: 1 yr: 2.8% 2 yr: 2.55% 3 yr: 2.9% 4 yr: 2.99% 5 yr: 3.24% leaning towards the 4 year, but either way will have wife come with me to meet the guy on Monday. Do you guys believe I have any chance of getting a little lower rate? he did knock the 3 year down to 2.9% from 2.95% but said he couldn't do anymore. It's on a 230K mortgage. |
