I've got some great rates available. If you've been approved through your bank for a new construction that is closing this summer you should give me a call today to get these rates while they're here. Spain received a bail out which has pushed off any financial defaults for a while longer and injected some optimism into the markets. And while I don't think the European financial troubles are over by any stretch, who knows if rates will climb a bit due to that optimism between now and when you close.
