Location: Shady Glen Model in August 2008
What rates are out there for 5 year variable. Recently quoted 2.6%. Is this a good rate?

It is 'ok' but you can get as low as prime -0.60% right now with some restrictions. Prime -0.45 without any additional restrictions can be found quite easily.
