Over the past few weeks I've had some work done at my house and have employed 3 great contractors off this site. So i've promised them all I'd write about my experiences with them all, they all came in and exceeding all my expectations and lived up to their reputations [Patrob [Floorwood Solutions], George, John [Universal Tile]. I'll post my individual reviews for each in their appropiate sections but I'd like to thank them all for a very stress free experience.

I had George come by and install an OTR Range and under cabinet lighting for the kitchen. What can I say, professiolism at its best. Clean, efficent, on-time and honestly very reasonable rates if not the best out there. One of the more personable guys out there, he's honest about his work and its obvious he takes pride in what he does. His attention to detail is very evident and he makes sure you're completely satisfied with everything before he's done.

One of the things I like about contractors is their ability to communicate [i.e. any changes to schedules, are they going to be late, on time, etc..] and George did not disappoint. He was there when he said he was going to be there and left when he quoted he'd be done [even though I had him stay longer and install an extra puck for the under cabinet lighting.]. Gotta love his sense of humour and honesty. I would not hestiate to hire him again, and I'll attempt to post pictures shortly. If you have any questions about his work, feel free to contact me. Excellent work done by George. I called him on a Sunday to see if I could get a quote to install an electrical outlet for my office. Not only did he come the day I asked him to but he was completing the work 2 days later as per my schedule.

Very happy with his work and very reasonable pricing.

Also got quotes to install pot lights and lighting for a deck.

I will definitely be getting him back to complete our other jobs.

I had George come by to help with a few electrical issues that a recent home inspection [brought in by the buyer who purchased my home] had brought up. Typical of George's service, quick response and showed up to my house when he said he was going too [a very underrated skill amongst tradesmen these day, lol].

He was in my house a whole 10 minutes, figured everything that the home inspector had written in his report was bogus [home inspector was too lazy too even check the wiring] and was on his way. Nada a cent was taken. This is the type of service and expertise you want to hire. Truly one of the good guys in Milton.

I had George install under cabinet lighting with a switch in my kitchen. From the day he came by to quote the job to this evening when he finished the work he was very friendly, funny, and personable. The price was reasonable and he checked to make sure I was happy with the placement of the lights as he was installing. He finished sooner than he had predicted and took the time to clean up when he was done.

I would not hesitate to hire George in the future.

Just had George in to install some under cabinet lighting for us. He was very quick to get back to me, and he was able to fit the job into his schedule on a long weekend. He was very easy to deal with, offered great suggestions on how to do our current job, as well as suggestions on a couple of other jobs we may do down the road.

Would recommend George to anyone needing an electrician, and will definitely be keeping his number handy.

Had George in today, and cannot say enough positive things about him. He is professional, polite, organized and prompt! He arranged to come to our home arriving exactly when he said would. Our electrical problem was diagnosed and corrected in no time, with ease and efficiency. He is a funny, personable chap, and we really enjoyed having him in our home.

I will absolutely be calling George for more electrical work we need doing, and I look forward to it. I know our home will be in good hands, the work will be correct, and the price will be fair. He is one of those rare folks that are such a pleasure to work with, they leave you wondering if you paid enough! Highly recommended with confidence.
