Just want to:
a. Say thank you, thank you, thank you to Tim for helping us out with recent problems we had with our computer.
b. Reccommend to anyone with computer issues to give Tim a call.
c. Remind everyone to always back-up your important files, and if you can, back up your back-ups.
To make a long story short, we had our external hard drive essentially crash and we thought we lost everything on it, including some very sentimental photos.
We called Tim and not only have we recoved most, if not all of our files, but Tim was extremley pleasant, offered helpful advice, was prompt and made himself readily available to provide additional help whenever we needed it.
It's a huge relief and we are very grateful to him, and urge anyone with computer problems to give Tim a call.
