Oil pan gasket (no oil leaks whatsoever)

What does it need:
Transmission is slipping. So I am selling the car for $575 AS IS, or $1500 if you want me to change the transmission
Body? Typical rust in the quarter panels in the back. Inside needs a good vaccuming
Windshield has cracks
It drives great (until the tranny starts slipping).
Great commuting car (good on gas), a winter car, for a student OR just part it out. I would have gotten it fixed, but figured it was time to upgrade to a newer car
