The Craftsman 1/2 hp belt drive is packaged as a value priced unit at $299.97 all the time. It includes 2 3-button remotes, a 3 button in garage control, a remote keyless entry pad and a surge protector.

The $299.97 unit does not go on sale, it is concidered a value item and well priced all the time.

I wasn't in today but if I recall there were 4 of these at the store but all were on hold for a customer. I will get more in though. You can also come in and order one that wouldl arrive at the store within a week or so.
