Just to settle the debate (and since this thread got me thinking about our own plans to head back to Vegas again)...I did a quick check on XXXXXXX and there isn't much difference in price between flying out of Toronto/Buffalo, however, keep in mind that the Buffalo pricing has a stop-over so the direct flight from Toronto is definitely the better deal...

From Toronto
Oct 30-Nov 3 - WestJet/Bally's - $XXX per person (incl tax)

From Buffalo via Atlanta

Edited to remove pricing out of respect for the original poster - My intent was only to show a comparison of pricing from Toronto to Vegas vs. Buffalo to Vegas and that there was little/no benefit in driving down to Buffalo

I have been in the travel business now well over 10 years.
I do see a lot of people flying out of Buffalo to save themselves money flying to places like Florida for example....I dont disagree that its cheaper SOMETIMES.
I am posting Travel deals departing out of Toronto, since I am a Travel Consultant based in a Travel agency, who's nearest airport is PEARSON INTERNATIONAL.
Therefore when you do see my ads, please go ahead and compare it to the departures available out of Buffalo. I dont have a problem with that at all. I am only here to assist you with your Travel plans, if you want my assistance. I dont need unnecessary comments.
PLEASE DO KEEP IN MIND THAT IF YOU BOOK YOUR VACATION THROUGH A ONTARIO REGISTERED TRAVEL AGENCY, YOU ARE COVERED UNDER "TICO" IN CASE OF A BANKRUPTCY OR AIRLINE/ HOTEL FAILURE.

This is my view, I may be wrong but it sound like common curtsy to me.

If someone has started a thread to advertise their product, it is just plan out rude to knock them down on there own thread.
If you want to start another thread to brag about deals you found elsewhere, that is up to you.
But please try to be considerate, especially considering this person maybe your neighbor. This is how they make their living, so they can live in our nieghbourhood. If someone wants to purchase from them why do you care? Leave their thread for their customers and their advertising.

In my eyes I feel that, what you are doing is equal to hanging out at Leons or somewhere and tell their customers where they can buy furniture cheaper... Come on seriously, try to be kind. Please

Anyways I'm not going to continue this any longer, I just feel bad for the original poster who is trying to make a living via this forum.
