I bought a hard to get DVD from Australia. It is in PAL format. I need it converted from PAL to NTSC at the highest quality possible and put on DVD. Does anyone know of a company/person that can do this? Thanks |

Or, if you want a better one, buy the Philips DVD player from Wal-Mart (I think is $59 or $69). It is a rela multi-system. |

I thought about doing that. But can my TV support the conversion? or is that irrelevant? I know there is a frame per second difference and all that but I assumed the TV could not handle it. Am I incorrect? Thanks for you replies, Matt |

Am I incorrect? Thanks for you replies, Matt The DVD player will send out NTSC encoded signal, so it does not matter. I am not sure if you can change the output encoding but, for the Philips one, I can guarantee it works as I own one. |
