Yes, Nelumbo Yoga Therapy is starting up another program in Milton.
If you or someone you know is interested in learning new skills to help with chronic pain, limited mobility, this class is a great start.
No yoga experience necessary. No equipment necessary. Just a desire to make lasting changes in your life.

Beginning Feb 1 at 6-7pm. 8-week session.
