FYI "mucho gracias" is spanish good try though. A lot of words are similar. Try contacting the Columbus Centre in Toronto they are located at Lawrence and Dufferin they may be able to help. I am still in Toronto or I would try and help. Io sono Italiana. Good luck.

My Dad used to work at Villa Columbo and also Columbus Center. Both are nice places.

For the language courses, look at http://www.columbuscentre.org/program/program_main.asp?View=Language

You might want to check both the Halton District and Catholic School Boards web sites and brochures in the high schools they run courses in Italian, French and Spanish as well. Also check out Sheridan College's web site for their Oakville and Brampton campuses evening and summer courses.
The Halton District School Board runs adult programs through the Gary Allan school located within E.C. Drury High School on Ontario Street just north of Derry at the entrance to the left of the clock tower as you enter the main driveway.
