As one of the participating Maravian famililes, thought we'd mention that along with the loads of typical street sale wares we'll have available, our house might be up for sale.

Yeah, we know it might be considered somewhat odd to sell a home during a street sale...but we may as well throw it out there as a possibility.

I'm now spending all of my time working in my Hamilton and KW offices rather than Toronto...this was unexpected...and permanent. So we're considering a move further west.

Love our home. Love our Maravian friends and neighbours. But a move may be in the not too distant future for us nonetheless...

So if you happen to be stopping by to pick up a second hand exersaucer, fax machine, DVD player, bike rack or double stroller ...and you've been considering a move yourself or know of someone who is...feel free to ask about the house as well.

It's a slightly pied shape Mattamy 56' (65' across the back) without neighbours behind (HVPS is out the back door). $45K+ in upgrades (not including lot premium). 962 is the address. Haven't given price much thought yet as we've only recently begun discussing the idea of moving.
