In-person camps at our Mad Science Laboratory in Burlington, at Guelph Line & Mainway, are back! Each week this summer. Starting this Monday!

And we have 20 Virtual Camps up and running as well. Mostly science, some art. Two camps each week for the ten weeks of summer.

Word started going out about the in person camps only about ten days ago and we are already over 50% full! Demand has been overwhelming and greater than we anticipated. Lots of room in Virtual Camps as we aren't limited to such small groups.

We are following the most recent Ministry of Health guidelines for day camps. We have spoken with the appropriate authorities on how to run camp safely and to ensure our facility meets the necessary day camp criteria. Further information regarding the safety measures we are taking is available on our website. And please feel free to call or email us to discuss or ask questions. Families that register will receive a detailed Covid safety document before camp begins.

If a camp your child wants to be in appears to be full, we strongly encourage you to use the wait list. Don't give up hope of the camp running. Only four days into accepting registration, three camps had already sold out. And now just another week later, those camps and a fourth camp that also sold out, have split into two groups! All we need are three names on the list and we split. With four camps splitting already, it indicates that most or all of them will. So please use that wait list! Just three names and your child or children are in camp.

Summer camp is back! It may look a little different this year but it's going to be a blast! Rocket Launches will continue, Geodesic Domes created, Bird Houses built and Owl Pellets dissected!

Kids have been in lock down for so long now and it has been really difficult on so many of them. Every day we hear the stories from parents. One Mom called us to say she had to print her receipt and show it to her son to get him to stop "nagging" her for proof she had registered in several of our camps. Priceless.

Not to mention we really miss working with the kids and we really want to be a part of bringing some fun into their summer!
