Job Details: As a global logistics expert, you will be responsible for managing the shipment process including scheduling, quoting, cargo insurance, documentation and track/trace products. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to both clients and vendors and ensure on time delivery of products.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for the Allegro Freight Services Team, applicants must be able to demonstrate solid administrative and time management capabilities
Must have a deep understanding and appreciation for customer care
Must have at least two years experience working in International Freight Forwarding
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Office and other programs
CIFFA certificate considered an asset
