Just a quick note... We just got back from offer night on McKay Crescent, and sold a "Croftside" model for record breaking price... $9,000 more than the next closest sale and over 103% of what they were asking! Here's the home: www.862McKay.com There were six offers, so if you have a semi or townhome you'd like to sell -- now is a great time in the $275-325k range. There's a real shortage of good homes out there... in most of the price ranges, but especially in this one because that's where the first-time buyers are. Our team has sold four homes in the last month in that range, and every one has brought competition of at least two offers. Plus, a lot of today's buyers are still working on locked-in rates from a few months ago, which were much lower than the current interest rates. Man, I soooo wanna sell my Springridge semi but we don't move till March 08'. Hope the housing market is as strong in the spring as it is now. That is good news though. |
