OK a firend of mine runs a recreational sports company. They just posted their schedule. There is Volleyball and indoor soccer in Milton plus the possibility of indoor floor hockey. i play in their Burlington floor hockey league and it is a BLAST! http://www.urbansports.ca/ If you are interested, please sign up and make sure to let them know that Matt told you about it! (I am hoping to get my hockey a little cheaper!  )

I can't speak for Volleyball, but at Hockey there are 20-45 year olds. Good mix. The younger guys run too fast too quick and burn out and the older guys chug along and put them to shame. It is funny to watch. E-mail them and ask if you want. I do not really see how age can affect volleyball except for maybe not wanting to go out for a beer after the game! Matt |

i know some of the local volleyball crowd and I play every week (well actually like 4-5 times a week) some players are in their 40s that we play with down to players in their early 20s (and one guy brings his 16 year old son out sometimes) Great sport for all ages |

Darn it! I was really hoping they'd bring dodgeball to Milton this year. They said they were thinking about it last year. I really wanted to Dodge, Dip, Duck, Dive and Dodge
